EDI Errors Alert
EDI Errors Alert view
The EDI Errors Alert view displays EDI error alert messages that exist at the current scope level for an EDI batch. N4 allows you to configure the EDI alert messages for any inbound EDI messages.
When posting a batch file in the Batches view (on page 1), if the batch results in the ERROR status N4 triggers the alert message based on the EDI error alert specified in the EDI Session form (on page 1) and records an event in the History, Events tab of the EDI Batch Inspector (on page 1). N4 creates only a single record in the History, Events tab of the EDI Batch Inspector (on page 1) if you post either multiple EDI error files containing multiple message keys or a single EDI error file with a single message key. If you have configured a notice request for the EDI Batch in the General Notices view, N4 sends the EDI alert notification to the user when the error occurs.
The EDI Errors Alert view allows you to add or update EDI alert messages using the EDI Errors Alert form (on page 1). For information on configuring the EDI alerts error message and associating with the Batches, see Configure the EDI error alert messages to be displayed in the batches.
To add a new record:

To edit or delete a record:
In the list view, select the record(s) that you want to edit or delete.
Do one of the following:
Click to edit a selected record.
Click to delete the selected record(s).
